Every item is carefully handmade.

Deposit: 50%

A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due upon delivery

Transportation Fees:

  • according to the address and will be collected with the remaining amount
  • We provide our services in governorates or cities you deliver to
  • If you’re located outside our delivery area, we can coordinate with a shipping company to deliver your order.

Refund Policy:

  •  All customized products are non-refundable once production begins.
  • Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Booking:

  •  Preparation time depends on the order quantity, typically between 1 week and 15 days.
