Deposit: 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
Please note that bookings are only secured once the deposit is paid—any booking without payment will be considered canceled.
Booking: Orders must be placed at least two weeks before the event along with the 50% deposit.
Refund Policy: The deposit is refundable only if the order is canceled before production begins, Once work has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Delivery Locations: Cairo – Giza: Obour, New Cairo, 5th Settlement, 6th of October, Shorouk, Sheikh Zayed, Oraby .
Delivery Fees: Delivery fees vary based on location and will be added to the remaining balance upon delivery.
