Deposit
A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, and the remaining balance is paid upon completion.
The deposit is non-refundable, but the session can be rescheduled once only.
Transportation Fees
Transportation fees are calculated based on the area and are added to the remaining balance.
If the session is outside the studio, a transportation fee will be applied according to the location.
Available Locations
Fully equipped studio in El Haram.
Service is available at home / hotel / venue, with transportation fees depending on the area.
Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable.
Session rescheduling is allowed one time only.
Booking
Bookings must be made one month in advance.
2026 bookings are now open, with limited availability for December.
Notes
Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
Please arrive on time; there is a 10-minute grace period.
Delays of more than 15–20 minutes will incur a late fee.
To maintain calm and focus, multiple companions are not allowed.
Brides are allowed one companion only.
Makeup Style
If you have a specific makeup style in mind, please send a reference photo before your appointment.

All communication is done through the website messages.

لو في ستايل معين للميكاب، يُفضّل إرسال صورة قبل الميعاد
