Deposit: 50%

A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due upon delivery

Booking:

• Preferably to order the previous day, but no problem with the instant orders AT ALL.
• In the case of buying in BULK, please place your order a week in prior to your occasion at least.
• No postponement for regular orders.

Refund Policy:

• In the case of placing an order, It’s possible to cancel it within only 30 minutes and getting the deposit back
• After 30 Minutes,NO cancellation and NO getting the deposit back everything is freshly baked
• Cancelling within 2 hours in case of bulk

Delivery Location:

• Sharqia, Belbeis ,Zagazig ,10th of Ramadan Cairo, or other governorates within a 2-hour distance from Cairo
• In the case of placing an order, you’re expected to be delivered within 4hr to A day MAX
• Any further delaying IS NOT our responsibility and NO order replacement.
• Delivery for the Neighbouring towns is on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays only.

Transportation Fees:

• According to the address and take it with the remaining amount
• Delivery fees is 15 EGP within town, 25 for the outskirts and 60 for the neighbouring towns.

• The flour comes straight from our farm, so we guarantee quality in every bite.

• Available in any flavor: Chocolate or Lotus.
• Can be made dark chocolate if you prefer.
• All cookies are soft, fully baked, and perfectly sweetened — this is what our customers love most.
• Optional nuts can be added, though most people stick with the classic because nuts double the price 😅.

⚖️ Size & Weight:
Each cookie weighs 110–120 grams after baking, which is unmatched anywhere else.

بيتم دفع 50% من المبلغ عند تأكيد الطلب، والباقي عند الاستلام

يفضل تطلب قبلها بيوم
مفيش أي مشكلة في الأوردرات السريعة إطلاقًا 🚀
لو هتطلب كميات كبيرة (بالك)، لازم الطلب يكون قبل المناسبة بأسبوع على الأقل
مفيش تأجيل في الطلبات العادية

🔁 سياسة الاسترجاع
ممكن تلغي الأوردر خلال نص ساعة من الطلب، وهتسترجع العربون
بعد نص ساعة مفيش إلغاء ولا استرجاع للعربون لأن كل حاجة بتتخبز فريش
في حالة الطلبات الكبيرة، ممكن الإلغاء خلال ساعتين فقط

ولو حصل تأخير من شركة الشحن فده مش مسؤوليتنا ومفيش استبدال للطلب

والدقيق جاي مباشرة من مزرعتنا، فمضمون الجودة في كل قطعة

ممكن نعملها دارك شوكولاتة لو تحب
كل الكوكيز مش بتتكسر وطعمها متوازن وسكرها مضبوط جدًا — وده أكتر حاجة الناس بتحبها عندنا
ممكن إضافة مكسرات حسب الطلب، لكن أغلب الناس بياخدوا الكلاسيك، لأن المكسرات بتضاعف السعر

وزن كل كوكي بعد السوا بيكون من 110 لـ 120 جرام، وده حاجة مش موجودة في أي حتة تانية
