💰 Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
🚗 Transportation Fees:
Inside Cairo or Giza → Free delivery
For other locations → Transportation fees apply based on the destination.
🔁 Refund Policy:
❌ No refund if cancellation occurs 1 day before the event.
✅ Full refund if cancellation occurs 1 week before the event.
📅 Booking:
Bookings must be made at least 1 to 10 days before the event.

يتم دفع 50% من المبلغ عند تأكيد الطلب، ويتم سداد الباقي عند الانتهاء
🚗 مصاريف الانتقالات
إذا كان داخل القاهرة أو الجيزة → التوصيل مجاني
أما في حالة الأماكن الأخرى → تُضاف رسوم انتقال تُحدد حسب الموقع
🔁 سياسة الاسترجاع
❌ لا يوجد استرجاع للمبلغ إذا تم الإلغاء قبل الموعد بيوم
✅ في حالة الإلغاء قبل الموعد بأسبوع، يتم استرجاع المبلغ كاملًا
📅 الحجز
يتم الحجز قبل الموعد من يوم إلى 10 أيام كحد أدنى
